Product Description
The linear vibrating screen is driven by dual vibration motors. When the two vibration motors rotate synchronously and in reverse, the excitation force generated by their eccentric blocks cancels each other out in the direction parallel to the motor axis, and forms a combined force in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis. Therefore, the motion trajectory of the screen machine is a straight line. The two motor shafts have an inclination angle relative to the screen surface. Under the combined force of excitation force and material self gravity, the material is thrown up on the screen surface and undergoes a jumping forward linear motion, thereby achieving the purpose of screening and grading the material. Can be used to achieve automated operations in assembly lines. It has the characteristics of low energy consumption, high efficiency, simple structure, easy maintenance, and fully enclosed structure without dust spillage. The maximum screening mesh is 400 mesh, which can screen out 7 different particle sizes of materials.

Our linear dewatering screen is a professional solid-liquid separation equipment designed for dewatering, desliming, and classification of granular and powdery materials with particle size ≤300mm, such as sand, coal, ore, and construction waste. It adopts a dual-vibration motor excitation system as the vibration source—materials are uniformly fed into the screen surface, then thrown up and moved forward linearly under the combined action of vibration force and screen surface inclination. During the movement, water is separated from materials through the screen mesh, and materials are classified into different specifications according to particle size, which are discharged from respective outlets. The equipment features high dewatering efficiency (moisture content of finished products ≤8%), precise classification, low energy consumption, and fully meets international environmental and quality standards. Available in single-layer and multi-layer models with processing capacity ranging from 10-300 T/H, it is widely used in sand washing plants, coal preparation plants, mineral processing plants, and construction waste recycling projects, seamlessly matching with sand washers, crushers, and conveyors.
